Outcomes4Me — Onboarding

Outcomes4Me is an app for helping breast cancer patients navigate their care. As the company’s first employee and only designer, I was responsible for all of the user research, design system, UX, and other design needs.

In testing, patients told us they weren’t clear what the app’s specific features were, they had data privacy concerns, and the app didn’t feel personalized enough. This redesign addressed all of that feedback and helped reduce dropoff metrics during app onboarding.
