Outcomes4Me — Treatments

Outcomes4Me is an app for helping breast cancer patients navigate their care. As the company’s first employee and only designer, I was responsible for all of the user research, design system, UX, and other design needs.

The Treatment Path is one of the flagship main features of the app. Our previous design was incredibly confusing and difficult to navigate. This redesign required a nuanced understanding of all the widely varied and complex treatment guidelines that are possible and distilling them into a elegant, re-usable system.

Beyond restructuring the information architecture, I also improved the aesthetics and along the way was constantly testing new, iterative prototypes with our patient volunteers.
