Wellframe — Overview Page

Wellframe is an app for engaging a health plan's members. I was responsible for all of the design and research on the Wellframe Dashboard, where nurses manage care for members with educational materials, biometrics alerts, and chat.

The Overview Page didn’t exist at all before so I did all discovery and design from the ground up. The page is dense with data so I was careful with information architecture. I was also responsible for driving alignment on product strategy with competing customer workflows. I also did continuous usability testing with prototypes and also took this opportunity to push our visual aesthetics forward.

This was one of the largest features we developed, and gives care managers a high-level view of their assigned panel, with key metrics and workflows, which they previously couldn't see at all.
